Fulcrum Systems LLC ("Fulcrum", "we", "us") is a bespoke software studio based in Miami, Florida. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website, contact us, or use one of our products, and what we do with it.

We keep this policy short on purpose. We do not sell data. We do not run ad networks. Our business model is clients paying us to build software — not monetizing visitors.

Information you give us

When you submit a contact, demo-request, or waitlist form, we receive the information you type — typically your name, work email, company, and a short message describing your need.

Information collected automatically

When you browse this website, our hosting provider logs standard technical information such as IP address, user agent, referrer, and the pages you visit. We may also use a privacy-respecting analytics tool that aggregates usage without identifying individuals.

Cookies

We use a small number of first-party cookies and localStorage entries — strictly to remember your display preferences (visual variant, language, navigation position). We do not set third-party advertising cookies.

03How we use it

• Ask us to delete your information, subject to legal obligations.

07Security

Our website and products are intended for business use and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we update the "Last updated" date at the top. For material changes, we will make a reasonable effort to notify you — for example, through a notice on the website or by email if we have a relationship with you.
